These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Brew Academy, operated by Brew Academy LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Brew Academy provides educational content, business planning tools, and resources for individuals launching mobile coffee businesses. The platform is available at brewacademy.ai and any related subdomains.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
Paid plans (Pro, Premium, Founding Member) are one-time payments that grant lifetime access to the features described at the time of purchase. We do not offer subscriptions.
We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@brewacademy.ai for a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Founding Member spots are limited and non-transferable. If the Founding tier sells out, the spot will not be reinstated after a refund.
All content on the platform — including lessons, tools, templates, SOP documents, and the platform design — is owned by Brew Academy LLC and protected by copyright. You may use downloaded resources for your personal business. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any content.

Brew Academy provides educational content and tools — not legal, financial, or professional advice. Business outcomes vary. We make no guarantees about revenue, launch timelines, permit approvals, or profitability. You are responsible for verifying all regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.
The platform is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime, data loss, or indirect damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brew Academy LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
